The keys to optimal health lie in good digestion, stable blood sugar, mineral balance, hydration, healthy fats and a nutrient dense diet. As a certified Traditional Foods Teacher and Cook, I can teach you how to ferment veggies, make kombucha, sprout and soak grains, nuts and seeds for better digestibility, culture dairy, and much, much more. Let's get into the kitchen and get cooking!!!

Avid Exercise Enthusiast

Staying fit through exercise and healthy diet are so important to me. My husband and I climb mountains
